Therapists in a warm collaborative professional setting

For fellow clinicians

Support for the
therapists who hold space.

You give so much to your clients. This is a space built for you — offering clinical supervision, peer consultation groups, and a community of clinicians who understand the weight of this work.

You deserve support too.

Therapists are trained to hold space for others — but who holds space for you? Whether you're a newly licensed clinician navigating your first caseload, a seasoned practitioner facing burnout, or somewhere in between, Canyon Lake Therapy offers structured support designed specifically for mental health professionals.

Nicholas Perez, LCSW, CCTP brings years of clinical experience and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of the therapists he works with. This isn't just supervision — it's a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, and care.

A supervision philosophy rooted in relationship.

Good supervision isn't about having all the answers — it's about creating a relationship where questions are welcomed, uncertainty is normalized, and growth happens naturally. Nicholas approaches supervision the same way he approaches therapy: with curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for the clinician in front of him.

Whether you're processing a difficult session, navigating an ethical dilemma, or simply trying to find your footing as a new clinician, this is a space where you can show up honestly — without performance, without pretense.

Relational

Supervision built on genuine connection, not hierarchy.

Trauma-informed

Attuned to the weight clinicians carry from their work.

Strengths-based

Building on what you already bring to the room.

Culturally humble

Ongoing reflection on identity, power, and practice.
